Congratulations. You’ve purchased one of the finest sleep systems available, backed up by one of the finest warranties available. Our mattress sets are manufactured to the highest standards and quality. Our warranty coverage includes the repair or replacement of any sleep set that does not to live up to our high standards for quality and workmanship. Please contact Customer Service at email: customerservice@restwell.com or 1.888.665.1112 ext. 153 Monday to Friday 9:00 am – 4:30 pm PDT.  If you have a concern or question about the way your mattress set is performing, please read the following Service Care form.  A warranty claim can be mailed, faxed or emailed to the address provided on the form.

90 Day Mattress Comfort Guarantee

When you purchase a mattress set, you can take 90 days to ensure you're comfortable. If you're not getting a terrific sleep with your new set, you can make a one-time reselection.

You may return an item for a refund within 30 days of delivery or within 30 days of an in-store purchase, provided the merchandise is unopened, unused, in its original packaging and condition, and the original sales receipt is presented.

Please allow 30 days for your mattress to conform to your sleep style. New mattresses will support and craddle your body diffently and will take some time for you to adjust. 

We’ll help you select a mattress set that better suits your needs.

If you request a one-time reselection under the comfort guarantee, the following charges will apply:

  • Delivery fee for your new mattress set

  • The price difference between your one-time reselection and your original set, if the reselection price is higher

Please note:

  • The 90 Day Mattress Comfort Guarantee is valid on new purchases only.

  • If you request a one-time reselection, the 90 Day Mattress Comfort Guarantee will not apply to your new choice.

  • Zed's will not refund the difference between your original and new sleep set, should your new choice be less expensive. The difference will be held for you as in-store credit to be used towards a future mattress or furniture purchase.

Stains will Void mattress warranty. We recomend purchasing one of our Premium mattress protectors to ensure the life of your mattress as well as keep your warranty in place. 

Bulk Orders, Hotel, Hospitality, and Commercial Orders will be charged a 20% Restock fee on all cancelled orders.
